REGISTRATION

  1. Download and print the Registration Form1
  2. Fill in the information for all required fields on the Registration Form. Email FOR Registration ONLY Astormhartsell@gmail.com. Feel free to text the Director if you have any questions, 706-836-0729
  3. Place the Registration Form, form of payment for the Registration Fee2
  4. Mail the envelope to Art in Motion Dance Studio, 116 Oakwood Dr, Harlem, Ga. 30814 EMAIL ADDRESS FOR NEW STUDENTS ONLY: Astormhartsell@gmail.com
  5. Once we recieve your registration form we will create a Parent Portal personally for your family with a temporary password. Keep the following link to access your Parent Portal https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/artinmotiondancestudio

Online registration will be made available shortly, please keep checking back for updates if you would prefer to register and pay electronically, but please also remember that class size is limited, and registration is conducted on a first come, first served basis.

2 Registration forms must accompany payment for the $30 registration fee per family.
